PANDION ALBERTUSSEE – Düsseldorf Heerdt

One of PANDION’s biggest development projects it taking shape on the Albertussee in Düsseldorf-Heerdt. A district with around 750 apartments is being developed on a site covering almost 42,000 square metres – the former site of the department store group “Horten“. The lake that gives it its name is four hectares in size and lies in the direct vicinity of the Heerdterhof-Garten park, a popular local recreational area. he first two construction phases were completed in spring 2025 and handed over to the owners. The third construction phase is currently being marketed and is expected to be completed by the end of 2027. The entire neighbourhood is scheduled for completion in 2029.
