SIEBENGEBIRGE – Cologne Rheinauhafen

In the southern part of the Rheinauhafen, the “Siebengebirge” is in striking contrast to the predominant material mixture of glass and concrete that is used in the rest of the port area. The huger former grain silo was one of Germany’s first buildings with a reinforced concrete skeleton when it was built in 1909. PANDION built 135 exclusive apartments on its eight floors. These have living spaces of between 50 and 250 square metres – and a unique view of the Rhine.
