PANDION BEL – Düsseldorf Oberkassel

In Düsseldorf-Oberkassel, around 950 residential units and three daycare centers are being built under the name PANDION BEL. Around 340 publicly subsidized residential units are being realized by the Sahle Wohnen group of companies. The highlight of the project is the development of an elegant high-rise building based on designs by Amsterdam-based architectural firm UNStudio in collaboration with OKRA landscape architects. The 46,500-square-meter neighborhood is to be completed in several construction phases by 2035. The building permit for the first construction site, known as GREENS, has already been granted.
