PANDION BEL – Düsseldorf Oberkassel

The new project development of PANDION BEL in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel fits perfectly into the PANDION portfolio of mixed-use neighborhoods in preferred inner-city locations. Future uses include residential, office, retail and daycare. The highlight of the project is the development of an elegant mixed-use high-rise based on the designs of Amsterdam-based architecture firm UNStudio with OKRA Landscape Architects. By 2032, the implementation of the 46,500-square-meter overall quarter will take place in several construction phases.
