PANDION FINE – Cologne Nippes

A new urban quarter has been built in Cologne’s Nippes district on the site of the former Clouth rubber factory: when the factory closed, the city of Cologne purchased the site and had it developed by a subsidiary company. In the meantime, PANDION has built 74 freehold apartments with between two and four rooms. The PANDION FINE has been derived from Josefine Clouth, the wife of the rubber producer.
