OFFICEHOME The Shelf – Berlin Kreuzberg

The historically evolved commercial area around Moritzplatz in Berlin-Kreuzberg is a sought-after business location. In Prinzenstraße, PANDION has completed OFFICEHOME The Shelf, an 18,000 square metre office building that stands out with its generous two-storey, funnel-shaped opening, through which the lively urban space flows into the inner courtyard of the property. The green inner courtyard, reminiscent of the historic Berlin courtyards, serves as a shared lobby for all users of the office building. The warm gold tone of the façade elements in front of the building with external sun protection harmonises with the neighbouring surroundings thanks to its light reflections. Shortly after completion in autumn 2021, around 1,000 employees from the headquarters of the meal-kit company HelloFresh SE moved into the office building.
