Between the vibrant Lorettoviertel district and the Medienhafen, which is characterised by sophisticated architecture, a new landmark is being created in Düsseldorf with the 70-metre-high OFFICEHOME RISE office building. Located on Völklinger Strasse, it offers around 35,000 square metres of rental space on a total of 17 floors, which can be flexibly divided between 700 and 4,200 square metres.
