OFFICEHOME Zinc – Berlin Friedrichshain

Centrally located between Mediaspree, Rummelsburger Bucht and Ostkreuz, the OFFICEHOME Zinc office and commercial project has been developed in Berlin-Friedrichshain. The new six-storey office building, designed by Berlin architects Collignon, impresses with its striking façade made of galvanised sheet steel and a flexible space concept. OFFICEHOME Zinc combines a first-class location with maximum daylight utilisation and innovative sustainability measures. Green inner courtyards, roof terraces and an intelligent water management system improve the microclimate and reduce the heat load in urban areas. The unsealing of former industrial areas and extensive greening measures also enhance the ecological quality of the site. The building has been awarded DGNB Gold certification for its sustainability. All of the 9,650 square metres of rental space has been allocated to the greentech company Enpal.
