OFFICEHOME Silberburgstraße – Stuttgart West

As part of a portfolio purchase, PANDION has acquired a plot of land in Silberburgstraße in the west of Stuttgart, which belonged to the Hallesche Krankenversicherung of the ALH Group. A modern and high-quality commercial project is to be realised on this site under the OFFICEHOME office brand, which comprises around 17,000 m² of rental space and approx. 200 car parking spaces in a two-storey underground car park. On the garden floor, a ground-level area of approx. 400 m² will be created with retail or fitness use. The building will be built to the KfW 55 standard. It is planned to have the project certified according to DGNB, Wired Score and Smart Score.
