As part of a portfolio purchase, PANDION has acquired a plot of land in Silberburgstraße in the west of Stuttgart, which belonged to the Hallesche Krankenversicherung of the ALH Group. A modern and high-quality commercial project is to be realised on this site under the OFFICEHOME office brand, which comprises around 17,000 m² of rental space and approx. 200 car parking spaces in a two-storey underground car park.
